SiteDev Solutions OPC is primarily an engineering design & consultancy firm that specializes on land development design & various technical due diligence studies necessary for any type of development (residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, renewable energy, and leisure)

SiteDev Solutions OPC is solely owned and managed by Engr. Charles P. De Roxas, a Registered Civil Engineer who has been in professional practice since 2013.
Before establishing SiteDev Solutions OPC, Engr. De Roxas spent almost a decade with Makati Development Corporation, an Ayala Land company, gaining extensive professional experience in land development engineering and pre-engineering studies or also known as technical due diligence studies
In August 2021, he founded SiteDev Solutions OPC with a focus on Site Engineering Design Services.
In the pursuit of a more holistic approach to land development. SiteDev expanded its capabilities into various engineering studies and other engineering services required throughout the development process.
Today, SiteDev Solutions OPC continues to strengthen its services, capabilities, manpower, and resources to provide a more efficient solutions in this day and age.
